Kentucky Angels is open to all accredited investors with a passion for investing in Kentucky's companies of tomorrow. Members have access to deal flow on a statewide basis and make their own investment decisions. There is no fee to join. All members must be accredited investors as defined by SEC Rule 501 Regulation D.
